Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Opened or used software, games, or media

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with visible signs of use

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless defective.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit for the return value

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
